Ali Katz is passionate about sharing her love of meditation and mindfulness in a relatable and authentic way. After Ali embarked on her journey and began meditating in 2012, she noticed she had lower levels of stress, less anxiety, more patience, better sleep, a stronger immune system, was making better decisions, and was more present in all areas of her life. Ali feels it is her calling to connect with people to help them understand the stress relieving benefits of meditation, and the techniques needed to get started.
Ali is a certified meditation teacher. She has been featured on NBC, ABC, Fox News, CBS, in the Houston Chronicle, in the Public News and many other outlets. She is the author of the best-selling book Hot Mess to Mindful Mom: 40 Ways to Find Balance, Joy and Happiness in Your Every Day and of “Get the Most Out of Motherhood: A Hot Mess to Mindful Mom Parenting Guide. Her third book, “One Minute to Zen: How To Go From Hot Mess to Mindful Mom in One Minute or Less” will be released November 2018. Ali’s signature talk “How to Deal with Stress in One Minute or Less” has led her to speak across the country.
