Designed by Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee, Urban Zen Integrative therapy™ is a comprehensive platform in which Eastern healing techniques support Western medicine.

The practices introduce healing modalities to address the symptoms associated with the stresses of everyday life. This groundbreaking class is open to anybody who needs a little TLC! It includes select restorative yoga sequences, aromatherapy, reiki (an energy healing modality), breath awareness, and meditation.

This class is a perfect mix of many traditions, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Forrest yoga. You will have fun, be challenged, and learn something new in every class. There will be modifications for every pose, so this class is great for all levels.  Camille’s dazzling personality shines through with her descriptions for every cue, and she will have you mesmerized at how amazing your body can feel.  

Kundalini yoga is a refreshing combination of spiritual and physical practices, which incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and mantras. The focus is on awakening one’s highest potential. 

This class starts with the energizing movements of a Vinyasa Flow class, combing dynamic fluid movements with breath.  You breathe deeply with great rhythm, building strength and balance, while stretching.  It will increase your heart rate, and you will sweat!  The class ends with a short restorative sequence, allowing you to relax and observe the benefits of your flow practice.  You will leave feeling wrung out, and simultaneously rejuvenated with a righteous yoga buzz.
